Enjoy polo in Middleburg on site or just minutes from the resort! The Salamander arena or other nearby locations can come alive with a fast-paced pro am game on grass or in the arena. It’s an authentic happening with our take on a traditional Asado BBQ, music, and a vibrant après polo scene. Our family-style menu starts with grilled provoleta and salade, before or after the main event of flank steak, chicken, short-ribs, and chorizo. South American drink specials offered.
